In the quiet moments between thoughts, and in the unseen spaces that surround us, each of us is accompanied by a devoted spirit team—the guardians and allies who weave guidance, support, and love into the fabric of our earthly lives. This circle of spiritual companions is as unique as our own souls, yet their presence is a universal gift bestowed upon all who walk the human path.

Our spirit teams are not limited to our beloved ones who have transitioned from the physical world. They embrace a vast and radiant company: angels who whisper of hope and protection, ascended masters whose wisdom transcends lifetimes, guides from our past incarnations who remember our soul’s journey across ages, and benevolent beings with whom we share sacred soul contracts—agreements made long before our birth to help and uplift one another during our time on earth. These contracts bind us in threads of mutual support and learning, ensuring that we are never truly alone as we navigate our challenges, embrace our joys, and fulfill our deepest callings.

The mission that brings us to earth is profoundly sacred. Each soul arrives here with purpose, carrying a spark of divine intention to learn, to heal, to serve, and to grow. The guidance and companionship of our spirit team are essential to this journey. They illuminate our path during times of darkness, celebrate our triumphs, and gently redirect us when we falter. Each soul in my spirit team weaves a unique thread in the tapestry of my journey, guiding, teaching, and uplifting me as I walk my path in service and healing. With reverence, I honour and introduce those who walk beside me in the unseen realms:

 My Dad

Though my father left this earthly plane in 2011, his love and wisdom have never faded. His very “human” approach and sense of humour is often a balm for the lost beings I work with, as Dad helps to gently guide them into the light. His presence brings warmth, reassurance, and unwavering support, reminding me that love transcends all boundaries, even those between worlds. We may not have always got our relationship right in life, but in spirit we have repaired many wounds and Dad is now one of my advocates and protectors.

Chief Buffalo Wind-seeker (The Chief)

Chief Buffalo Wind-seeker, a wise Native American spirit, serves as my bridge to the world of Indigenous ancestors and spirits. The Chief’s counsel is deep and clear, offering guidance that grounds me in humility and respect. With him, I find a sacred connection to spiritual traditions and a profound appreciation for the wisdom of the land, as he helps me honour those who came before.

My Grandmother

My Grandmother is a beloved spirit from a shared past life, where she nurtured me as a grandmother would. In that lifetime, she gently imparted the secrets of herbalism and shamanic healing. Today, she works through me, her compassionate hands guiding mine whenever I offer energy healing to others. Her presence is a wellspring of comfort and ancient knowledge, reminding me always to approach my work with kindness and integrity.

Ascended Masters, Deities, and Light Workers

I am also blessed to work with a collective of ascended masters, angels, deities, and radiant light workers. Each offers their own gifts—wisdom, protection, healing, and inspiration. Their guidance helps me to stay aligned with my highest purpose and to remember that I am always surrounded by love and support, no matter the challenges I face.
