Simple daily practices to help you get re-acquainted with your pussy

Part 2 — Practices for Healing & Reconnection

Reacquainting Yourself With Your Pussy

Your pussy is a living, sentient part of you. After years of neglect, shame, or objectification, it’s normal to feel unfamiliar or guarded. Gentle, invitational practices help you meet her again on your terms:

  • Hand Over Clothing: Rest your hand over your womb space or vulva and simply say: “Hello. I see you. I’m listening now.”

  • Skin-to-Skin Contact: Place your palm on her without expectation of pleasure. Breathe together. Notice what sensations arise.

  • Mirror Exploration: Look at your pussy as if meeting a sacred friend. Notice folds, colors, textures — all perfect. Acknowledge her story, her presence, her power.

  • Speaking to Her: Apologize for past neglect, ask what she needs, and thank her for all she has carried.

  • Optional Journaling: Write a letter or draw a representation — you can be playful, gentle, cheeky, or reverent.

Tip: Take it slow. Some days it’s curiosity, some days it’s neutral. Both are sacred.

Tender Self-Touch & Womb Massage (Non-Orgasm Focused)

Touch is healing, not always sexual. When done gently and consciously, it helps release tension, restore sensation, and build trust.

  • Guidelines:

    • Breathe deeply and stay present.

    • Place one or both hands on your vulva or womb space.

    • Focus on listening to sensation, not chasing pleasure.

    • Explore with curiosity: light stroking, holding, or gentle pressure.

  • Benefits:

    • Releases tension in the pelvis

    • Invites reconnection with sensation and boundaries

    • Strengthens body awareness and ownership

Yoni Steaming: An Optional Ritual

Another beautiful way to reconnect with your pussy and womb space is through yoni steaming — a gentle, warming practice using herbs and steam.

  • Benefits:

    • Supports circulation in the pelvis

    • Helps ease tension and period discomfort

    • Encourages energetic and emotional release

    • Creates a dedicated, nurturing moment just for you

Think of it as an extension of the self-touch and breath practices — a moment to honor your body, listen to her signals, and celebrate her presence.

For a full guide, including step-by-step instructions, herbs, safety, and a guided meditation, see our dedicated Yoni Steaming page.

Breath, Sound & Movement

The womb responds to breath, vibration, and motion. Incorporating these into daily practice can awaken energy and creativity:

  • Pelvic Breath: Inhale deeply into the lower belly, feeling expansion; exhale slowly, imagining tension dissolving.

  • Sound/Vocalization: Humming, chanting, or soft vocal tones can help release energy and reconnect with sensation.

  • Gentle Movement: Rocking, pelvic tilts, or undulating your spine helps circulate energy and reconnect the body with pleasure-free movement.

Journaling & Inner Dialogue

Writing fosters connection and understanding. Prompts to explore:

  • “What sensations or emotions are present in my womb today?”

  • “What does my pussy need from me right now?”

  • “What creative idea or joy wants to emerge through me?”

This is a safe, private way to listen, validate, and honor your body’s messages.

Ritual & Sacred Pause

Integrating rituals can deepen reconnection and healing:

  • Light a candle, burn herbs, or create a small altar.

  • Set aside even 5–10 minutes to check in with your pussy/womb space.

  • Offer gratitude, acknowledge tension, and breathe into her wisdom.

  • Close with a personal affirmation:

“I honor you. I trust you. You are mine to cherish.”

Closing Invitation — Reclaiming Sovereignty

Your pussy is yours to know, love, and protect. Through curiosity, touch, breath, and reflection, you restore trust and awaken joy. This is not a race — it is a lifelong practice of intimacy with yourself.

Remember: You do not exist to be consumed. You are not an accessory to someone else’s pleasure. Your body is a temple — and the first worshipper is you.

Take these practices gently. Start small, celebrate every step, and honor the sacred space that is your womb.

Meditation: Sacred Yoni Connection

Duration: 5–10 minutes

I will include my own recording of this meditation for you to follow. Alternatively, you can read the script here and self guide, or perhaps recording the script in your own voice may aid you in feeling safe to open to this prctice.

Preparation

  • Find a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed.

  • Sit on a cushion, chair, or lie down with your spine supported.

  • Close your eyes and place one or both hands gently over your womb space or vulva.

Step 1: Grounding

  • Take three deep, slow breaths.

  • As you inhale, imagine drawing energy up from the earth into your feet, legs, and pelvis.

  • As you exhale, feel any tension, fear, or heaviness flowing down into the earth, leaving your body soft and supported.

Optional: Visualize roots growing from your pelvis into the ground, anchoring you to the stability and wisdom of the earth.

Step 2: Inviting Presence

  • Bring your attention to your pussy/yoni/womb space.

  • Simply notice her without judgment: the warmth, presence, and subtle sensations.

  • Whisper gently, inwardly or aloud:

“I see you. I honor you. I am here with you.”

Note: You do not need to feel arousal or excitement — neutrality, comfort, or even guardedness is sacred.

Step 3: Releasing Stuck Emotions

  • Imagine any tension, pain, or stuck emotions in your womb as a dark or heavy mist.

  • With each exhale, let this mist rise gently and dissolve into the air.

  • Repeat for several breaths, honoring all feelings without judgment.

Affirmation:“I release what no longer serves me. I am safe. I am whole.”

“If you carry grief from womb or birth trauma, conception challenges, or child loss, you may invite that pain into the light and love of this practice, breathing gently with compassion and care.”

Step 4: Filling With Love & Light

  • Inhale deeply and imagine a soft, warm light entering your womb space.

  • This light may be golden, pink, white, or whatever color feels healing to you.

  • With each inhale, the light grows, filling every fold, every corner, every cell.

  • With each exhale, the light radiates outward, embracing your entire body.

Affirmation:“I fill this sacred space with love, light, and compassion. I honor my body, my wisdom, and my creativity.”

Step 5: Integration & Closure

  • Rest in this warmth and connection for a few moments.

  • Place your hands over your heart, your womb, or both, and feel gratitude for showing up.

  • When you feel ready, wiggle your fingers and toes, open your eyes, and carry this sense of connection, love, and safety into your day.

A Gentle Note on Emotions and Memories

Womb and yoni healing practices can sometimes bring memories, feelings, or sensations to the surface — including grief, anger, sadness, or long-held tension. This is natural, and it is a sign that your body is remembering and processing.

  • Be gentle with yourself. Move at your own pace.

  • Allow space for what needs to arise. You can breathe, journal, move, or speak to a trusted friend or practitioner.

  • Seek support if emotions feel overwhelming. Healing is safest when it is held with care, love, and guidance.

Remember: your womb remembers, your pussy listens, and your sovereignty is always yours. There is no rush — only the sacred journey of reconnection.
